"Replion have come from the Central Government and

while they have not accepted my proposal and authorized

the orders, they are tentatively enquiring into it.

"To say that we must reduce our train service in 6

months' time in hardly true. With luck we can carry on

but we are rather near the margin when a bad smash or

accident, would mean the knocking off of trains.
